Voices of Excellence

“Having worked across diverse sporting systems globally, I’ve rarely seen programs that address athlete development across the full spectrum. From emerging talent to elite athletes, this program takes a holistic approach—supporting both athletes and coaches. Even at an early stage, it is already showing strong results, with athletes progressing to the top of their levels. Its strength lies in building a comprehensive, system-wide approach to performance.”
Peter G Davis Ph.D,
Director/Founder
Sport Performance Management LLC
“The training camp in Germany was one of the many impactful opportunities I’ve received through the program, helping me refine both technical and mental aspects of my performance. From improving stability to learning how to recover under pressure, every session pushed me to grow. I’m deeply grateful to Infosys Foundation for their continued support in my journey towards excellence.”
Khyati Chaudhury, International Shooter, Lakshya Shooting Club

“Through the Gear for Gold programme, coaches now have the opportunity to travel with athletes to tournaments and understand the current standards of badminton, where our athletes stand, and the level of competition. This exposure helps us identify gaps, understand athlete requirements, and work on areas of improvement. The programme also supports learning for coaches, enabling us to grow alongside athletes and provide better guidance during training and competition.”
Harender Malik, Founder and Head Coach, Malik Badminton Academy
